Adding Photos

1. To add photos to a Photo Gallery, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of the screen and select Photo Gallery Manager.
2. The Photo Gallery Manager screen opens.
3. Click on Drop_down_arrow to select [This Community] or the group you are an administrator for. The community is only available to Community Administrators.
4. Click to highlight the Photo Gallery.
5. Click on the Photos button to add photos to the Gallery.

6. The Gallery Image Manager page opens.
7. Click on the Add button to add photos to the Gallery.

8. The Photo Upload page opens.
9. In the Description field, type in a description to be applied to all photos in the gallery. This will display when Residents view the photos in the slideshow view.
10. The Maximum characters allowed: 500, and the Characters Remaining: will decrease as you type in the Description field.

11. Click on the Select button to add photos to the gallery.

12. The Choose File dialog box opens.

13. Click to highlight the file you want to upload.
14. Click on the Open button.

15. This adds the file name to the text box to the left of the Select button.
16. Click on the Add button to select additional photos to the gallery.
17. Click on the Clear button to remove a blank line from the list to be uploaded.
18. Click on the Remove button to remove a photo from the list to be uploaded.

19. When you've added all of the photos to the list, click on the Upload button to add them to the Gallery.

20. To close the page and return to the Gallery Image Manager page, click on the Done button.
