| 1. | To submit a Community Feedback, place your mouse over the Support tab at the top of the screen. From the drop down menu, place your mouse over Community Feedback, a menu opens to the right for you to click on Submit Community Feedback. |

| 2. | The Submit Community Feedback screen opens. |
| 3. | In the Subject*: text box, type in a short title for your feedback. |

| 4. | In the Issue Description*: section, type in a description of your concern. Include as munch information as possible regarding your issue. This information is seen only be the you, the Community Administrator, and the support staff at IntelliCommunities. |

| 5. | You can also add attachments to your submission. |

| 6. | Click on the Select button in the Attachment: section. |

| 7. | The Choose File dialog box opens. Navigate to the file you want to upload. Click on the file. |
| 8. | Click on the Open button. |

| 9. | The file location will show in the Attachment: field. |
| 10. | To submit your feedback to the Community Administrator click on the Submit button. |

| 11. | To discard your changes and close this screen, click on the Cancel button. |
