To delete a House, place you mouse over the Administration tab at the top of the screen, and click on Houses Manager.
| 1. | To Delete a house from the database, search using any of these parameters: |
| • | House Number: type in the number of the house e.g. 3756 |
| • | Street Name: type street name only – do not include the street direction (north) or street type (drive). |
| • | Unit Number: type the unit number if applicable |
| • | Address Line 2: type the information; this is normally not used with our system |
| 2. | Click on the Search button, houses matching your search criteria will display – if no houses display, try readjusting your search criteria. |
| 3. | Locate the house you need to remove the user from in the list. |
| 4. | Click on the listing to highlight it. |
| 5. | Remove any users from the house, if they are active users, they will be removed from any groups, clubs or associations they belong to. You cannot delete a house with users in it. |
| 6. | Click on the Delete button. The house is deleted from the list. |
