| 1. | To access the Classifieds Manager, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of the screen. |
| 2. | To Edit a classified ad search using any of the following parameters: |
| 3. | Click on to select a Status: of the event |

| 4. | You can also search by the Headline / Description: The search parameters are Starts With, Ends With or Contains, click on to select from the list and type all or part of the title in the text box. |
| 5. | Click on the Search button, if there are any results, they will display below; if no results display try broadening your search criteria. |

| 6. | Click to highlight the ad in the listing. |
| 7. | Click on the Edit button. |
| 8. | The Edit Classified screen opens. |
| 9. | Make the necessary changes. You will need to change the start and end dates as well. |
| 10. | Click the Submit button to add or change the images in the ad. |
| 11. | Click on the Browse button to add images. |

| 12. | The Choose File dialog box opens. |
| 13. | Navigate to the picture file you’d like to add. Click on the file you want to use. |
| 14. | Click on the Open button. |

| 15. | Click on the Upload button |

| 16. | The picture you selected will display in the ad description. |
| 17. | You can select up to 3 additional images to go with your ad. Follow the steps above to add those additional pictures. |
| 18. | Residents: When you are finished, click Submit Classified. |

| 19. | To go back and make additional changes to the description, click on the Back button. |

| 20. | Community Administrators: When you are finished, Click Approve. |

| 21. | To reject the classified ad click on the Reject button. |

| 22. | The Reject Classified dialog box opens. Type in the Reason for rejecting the ad in the Reason: text box. |

| 23. | Click on the Save button to send the notice to the resident. Click on the Cancel button to discard the changes and close the dialog box. |
