The Description sections of the portal have their own set of toolbars associated with them. We'll go over those toolbars in this section of Help.
The Alerts, Business Promotions, Classified Ads, Community Page, Login Page, Refer-a-Friend, Events, Feedback, Groups, Marketplace Business Ads, and News Articles all have editable descriptions in them. The toolbars described below are the same for each of these areas. Click on

Click on Add Custom Color... and then Define Custom Colors>> for additional color options. Click to choose the color you'd like to use, then click on the Add to Custom Colors button.

Below is an explanation of the buttons on the Insert Table drop down menu, depending on the active selection, some or all of the buttons may not be available.
Click on the Table Wizard button to open the Table Wizard dialog box. Here you can change the Table Design and the Table and Cell Properties. The Table Design tab lets you add columns and rows as well as change the width and height.
The Table Properties tab give you options regarding borders, adding a background image, and cell spacing.
The Cell Properties tab gives you options regarding alignment, background, and cell dimensions.
The Accessibility tab lets you create a tool tip message for each table cell that users with impaired vision can hear those tool tips as they hover over the cells with the mouse. Narrative software uses the information from the Accessibility table fields (heading rows, columns, caption alignment and summary) to produce a verbal message.
To add images to the Description, click on the Image Manager button.
The Image Manager dialog box opens.
You'll see any previously uploaded images, click on the image to insert it into the description. Click on Click Remove to remove the image from the Image Manager. This does not remove the picture from your computer. To add images to the Image Manager, click on the Browse button.
The Choose File dialog box opens. Navigate to the file on your computer. Click on the file to highlight it. Click on the Open button.
The file location is populated in the text box to the left of the Browse button. Click on the Upload button to add the picture to the Image Manager.
