To export invitees for your Event, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of your screen, and click on Events Manager.
| 1. | Community Administrators and Group Administrators can export the list of invitees to a spreadsheet for a convenient way to indicate who’s attended and for collection of fees if applicable. This option is only available with events that have invitees. |
| 2. | Click on to select the type of event from the list. |

| • | If you select Group, an additional Group selection box opens, Click on to select the appropriate group. |

| 3. | Click on to select a time frame for the event in the Period: list. |

| 4. | Click on to select a Status: of the event |

| 5. | You can also search by the Event Title: The Search parameters are Starts With, Ends With or Contains, click on to select from the list and type all or part of the title in the text box. |

| 6. | Click on the Search button, if there are any results, they will display below; if no results display try broadening your search criteria. |
| 7. | Click to highlight the Event in the listing. |
| 8. | Click on the Export Invitees button. |

| 9. | The Export Event Invitees dialog box opens. |

| 10. | Click on the Export button the File Download dialog box opens. |

| 11. | Click on the Open button to open the file using your computers default spreadsheet program. |
| 12. | Click on the Save button to choose a file name and location to save the file to your computer’s memory. |
| 13. | The Save As dialog box opens |

| 14. | Choose a meaningful name you'll remember, the default, as shown, is Event_Invitees. Navigate to the location where you want to save the file, usually you’re My Documents folder, or your Desktop. |
| 15. | Click on the Save button to save the file to your computer. |
| 16. | You are returned to the Export Event Invitees dialog box. |
| 17. | Click on the Cancel button to close the Export Event Invitees dialog box and return to the Event Manager screen. |
