| 1. | To access Feedback Status, place your mouse over the Administration Tab at the top of your screen |

| 2. | From the drop down menu, select Feedback Status |
| • | Community Administrators: Set a reminder on your calendar to check this area often, this is where you will check for community feedback submitted by residents. |
| • | Residents: This is where you'll check the status of the feedback you have submitted. |
| 3. | To narrow the list of submissions, use the filters at the top of the page: |

| 4. | Click on to select the Type: from the list. Choose [All] to see the complete list, Community to see only those categorized as community feedback, or Software to see those categorized as software submissions. You can filter by Feature Request to see the items you've submitted only. All other Feature Requests are available only to the staff at IntelliCommunities. |

| 5. | Click on to select a Status from the list, below is a definition of the selections: |
| • | [All] - displays the entire list of feedback items regardless of the status. |
| • | Open - filters the list so that only those with the status set to Open display, the rest are hidden. |
| • | In Progress - filters the list so that only those with the status set to In Progress display, these are items that have been worked on and are not yet completed. |
| • | Closed - filters the list so that only those with the status set to Closed display, these are resolved items. |
| • | Response Required - filters the list so that only those with the status set to Response Required display, this are items requesting more information or verifying issue correction. |
| • | User Responded - filters the list so that only those with the status set to User Responded display, these are items where the user provided additional information requested, or verified issue correction. |
| • | All Except Closed - filters the list so that only those with the status set to Closed are hidden, the rest display. This is the recommended view. |

| 6. | Click on to select the Period: in which the feedback item was posted. Choose [All] to see the entire list, or 7, 30, 120, or 365 days. |
