Managing Group Members

This option is only available to Community Administrators and Group Administrators.

1. To access the Groups Manager, place your mouse over the Administration tab at the top of your screen.
2. The Groups Manager page opens.
3. Search for the group to manage members for using any of the following parameters in the Filters section.
4. Click on Drop_down_arrow to select the Status, Category, QuickLink, Featured, and Privacy Level.

5. You can also search by the group name. Click on Drop_down_arrow to select Starts With, Ends With, or Contains.

6. Type in all or part of the name of the group in the Groups Name: text box.

7. Click on the Search button to to retrieve the results.

8. If there are any results, they will display below; otherwise, you'll see a message stating there are no results to display. If no results display, try broadening your search criteria.
9. Click on the listing to highlight it.
10. Click on the Members... button.
11. The Members List page opens
12. The members of the groups are listed alphabetically, grouped by administrators and regular members.
13. From this page you can Add, Remove, Manage Administrator rights, and Export the Member List.
