| 1. | To access the Marketplace Home page, place your mouse over the Marketplace tab at the top of your screen. |
| 2. | From the drop down menu, click on Marketplace Home. |
| 3. | This opens the Marketplace Home page. |
| 4. | Site Sponsorships scroll on the left side of the page, these are Gold and Platinum sponsors of the Portal. These sponsorships also display on the users Personal Home pages. |
| 5. | Click on ad to enter the detailed page of the Sponsor. |
| 6. | New Business showcases newly added sponsors. This setting can be changed by Community Administrators in the Settings Manager. |
| 7. | Platinum Businesses are listed first followed by Gold, Silver then Bronze businesses. |
| 8. | Platinum businesses also have a banner in the upper right corner of the page. You can click on the banner and get more information regarding the business. |
| 9. | Click on the Business listing to open the detailed business page. Here you'll see detailed information and are able to subscribe to the business. |
| 10. | You can search Marketplace ads to find a specific business or service that you need. |
| 11. | Click on  and select a business category from the list. You can then click on the Search button to see any available businesses in that category. |
| 12. | To search for a specific business, in the Name/Description: field, click on and select Starts With, Ends With, or Contains from the list, then type in all or part of the Business name. |
| 13. | Click on the Search button see any available businesses meeting the criteria. |
