| 1. | This menu item will allow you to return to your Home Page from anywhere in the Portal. |
| 2. | Quick Links give one-click exposure to Groups. Click on the name of the Group to go to the Home Page. These are along the top of every page above the Navigation Bar. |
| 3. | Alerts scroll in the upper right corner of the page. The Red siren indicates an unread alert, a Grey siren one you've read. The arrow lets you quickly scroll through the alerts you've already seen. |
| 4. | We'll go over the different sections of the Home Page: |
| 5. | You can participate in community polls. Give your opinions, and see the results. |
| 6. | On your Homepage you can link to your Email, the Home Page gives you a count of the new, unread emails in your Inbox. |
| 7. | Site Sponsorships give you ads for businesses in the Marketplace. click on the ad to open the business page. |
| 8. | My Businesses lets you see the promotions of the businesses you select to subscribe to in the Marketplace. |
| 9. | Classified Ads I'm Watching let's you add Categories to watch, when a Classified Ad is posted, it will show here. Click on the posting to be taken to the ad. |
| 10. | Click Add/Remove to select additional Categories to watch or to remove Categories you're no longer interested in. |
| 11. | The News Stand has Community News and RSS Feeds that keep you informed as to what's going on in the community and around the world. |
| 12. | Click on Read More News... to go to the Community News Home Page. |
| 13. | Click on Add/Remove RSS Feed to go to the Add/Remove RSS Feed page, this page gives you selections for additional RSS Feeds or you can type in your own Custom RSS Feed Url. |
| 14. | My Events gives you a snapshot view of the events on your Calendar for the next seven days. |
| 15. | My Groups gives you a snapshot view of the groups you belong to and new items posted. You can also hide or show membership status here. |
