| 1. | To access My Profile place your mouse over the Personal tab at the top of your screen. |

| 2. | Your User Profile displays. Your profile contains information about yourself and your account, you can make changes to the information shown about yourself, as well as how the information within the portal is organized and displayed. |
| 3. | Note: Your First Name and Last Name cannot be edited. Contact your Community Administrator if you need to have this information changed. |
| 4. | All of the information in the User Profile Section is optional, fill in as much or as little as you like: |

| 5. | The Home, Work, Mobile, and Fax numbers must be filled in with an area code as in the example above. The format is XXX-XXX-XXXX |
| 6. | Directory Message: Type a message to display in the Directory; it can be something about yourself, a message to your neighbors, a favorite quote, etc. For example, “We recently moved here from New York and are looking forward to meeting our neighbors.” It can be updates as often as you'd like. |
| 7. | Personal Website: Type a personal website address to be listed in the directory. |
| 8. | Work Website: Type a work website address to be listed in the directory. |
| 9. | If you do not want your Profile to show in the directory click on the box to remove the check mark. The default setting is checked yes – show Profile in directory. This will show all of the information you've entered in the directory. |
| 10. | To add a photo click on Browse. |
| 11. | The Choose File dialog box will open. |
| 12. | Navigate to the photo you want to use. |
| 13. | Click on the file to select it, this can be a .jpg, .bmp, .tiff file. |
| 14. | Click on the Open button (the image address will populate the Browse address box). It is now loaded. |
| 15. | To remove existing photo/image click on Remove to the right of the existing photo/image. |

| 17. | User Name: Can not be changed. |
| 18. | Non-Community Email Address: This is an alternate email used to contact you for password resets. You may edit this address at any time. |
| 19. | You can change your password at any time. |
| 20. | Click on the Change button. |
| 21. | Change Password page opens. |

| 22. | Old Password: Type your current password. |
| 23. | New Password: Type the new password that you choose to use. |
| 24. | Confirm New Password: Type the new password again. |
| 25. | Click on the Cancel button to discard your changes and close this page. |
| 26. | Click on the Change button to save your password. The Confirmation page opens |

| 27. | Click on the Continue button to be taken back to the User Profile page. |
| 28. | You can add a Change Password Question and Answer if you forget your password. |
| 30. | Change Account Access Question and Answer page displays. |

| 31. | Enter your Current Password (required to confirm identity). |
| 32. | Type in a question in the Enter a Question: text box. |
| 33. | Type in the answer in the Enter the Answer: text box. The answer is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as typed if you forget your password. |
| 34. | Click on the OK button to save your changes and return to the User Profile page |
| 35. | Click on the Cancel button to discard your changes and return to the User Profile page. |
| 36. | In the Options section of the User Profile, you can personalize how you see the portal. |

| 37. | Save sent email items in the “Sent Items” folder: The default setting is checked, sent items will be saved in your sent items folder. Click on box to remove the check mark. |
| 38. | Number of classifieds to display per page: Click on to select the number of ads to display per page. |
| 39. | Number of users to display per page in the directory: Click on to select the number of users to display per page. |
| 40. | Number of email message headers to display per page: Click on to select the number of email headers to display per page. |
| 41. | Number of topics/posts to display on a page: Click on to select the number of message board topics/posts per page |
| 42. | Forward Email to Non-Community Address: The default setting is unchecked, email will not be forwarded. Click on box to change the setting to forward your mail. |
| 43. | By selecting this option, all of your community email will be sent to your Non-Community email address listed in the Security Information section. Your community email will no longer be stored in the Portal. You may change this option at any time. |
| 44. | Number of invitees to display on an event add/edit: Click on to select the number of invitees to display. |
| 45. | Number of days to display watched classifieds: Type in any number of days. |
| 46. | Click on the Save button to save changes and close the User Profile page. |
| 47. | You will see the following message: |
| 48. | Your User Profile has been updated. Click here to return. |
| 49. | To discard your changes, click on the Cancel button to close the User Profile page. |
