Resident Directory

1.	To access the Resident Directory place your mouse over the Community tab at the top of your screen.

2.	From the drop down menu, click on Resident Directory.

3.	The Resident Directory gives a list of those people who choose to show themselves in the directory. This list is only available to people who are registered users in the community.

4.	You can search for people in the directory several ways.

5.	You can change from the Community Directory to your Personal Address Book. Click on and select from the list. Click here for more information on your Personal Address Book.

6.	You have several options to search the Directory, you can search by Last Name, First Name, Street Name, or House Number, click on to select from the list.

7.	The Search parameters are Starts With, Ends With or Contains, click on to select from the list.

8.	Type all or part of the name in the text box and click on the Search button

9.	If there are any results, they will display below; otherwise, you'll see a message stating there are no results to display.

10.	You can also search using the alphabetic list. To see all the last names that start with B, click on the B in the Or Last Name Starts With list:

11.	To view all, click on all and the Resident Directory will show all of the entries again.

Community_Directory_Entry

12.	You can add any of the Community Directory entries into your Personal Address Book. Click on Add to Personal Address Book and the entry is duplicated in your Personal Directory.
